Isis Parenting now offers Prepared Childbirth — its most popular class for parents-to-be — at Atlantic Women’s Health in Plymouth. The class covers all aspects of late pregnancy, labor and the birth process in a single session or two-week session. You’ll learn about options for pain management, common scenarios, interventions and concerns, and how to communicate effectively with your caregivers.
Register for Prepared Childbirth by the fifth month of pregnancy for best selection of dates, times and formats. Plan to complete your classes by the 36th week of pregnancy, because you never know when your little one might choose to arrive!
