Screening Mammography and Bone Densitometry Moves to New Location

South Weymouth, MA—October 12, 2012—South Shore Hospital’s screening mammography and bone densitometry services have moved from The Stetson Center to the Outpatient Imaging and Women’s Specialty Center at 101 Columbian.  The Center offers screening and diagnostic mammography, bone densitometry, x-ray, ultrasound, and MRI.  South Shore Hospital Imaging at The Stetson Center in Weymouth has closed.

Patients will have access to free, covered parking in the garage and a free valet service at the Center, which is located on the first floor of the Dana-Farber/Brigham and Women’s Cancer Center in clinical affiliation with South Shore Hospital.

Mammography services are also available at South Shore Hospital Imaging at Cohasset, 223 Chief Justice Cushing Highway (Rte. 3A), Cohasset.

The Centralized Scheduling office, which can be reached at (781) 624-4090, will continue to manage all appointments or any changes to appointments.
