Research and Clinical Trials

Patients may have a chance to participate in a clinical trial, which is a research study that may test the safety and effectiveness of new therapies, look at new ways to give treatment, see how lifestyle changes can help cancer patients, or explore methods to keep cancer from recurring.

• Patients have access to clinical trials through Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center, a nationally designated Comprehensive Cancer Center.
