Friends of Cardiovascular Care

The mission of The Friends of Cardiovascular Care is to provide support for Cardiovascular Services at South Shore Hospital through friend-raising and fund-raising, and to encourage those recovering from cardiovascular disease to live healthier lives through increased awareness of diet, lifestyle, and exercise.  It is an educational and support group whose members share an interest in cardiovascular health and wellness.
