South Shore Hospital offers individual medical nutrition counseling for a variety of diagnoses, including diabetes, cancer, kidney disease, GI disorders, obesity (pediatric and adult), and sports nutrition. Charges and insurance
There is a fee for each visit with the registered dietitian. Most insurance companies do cover our services, but please contact your insurance company to determine if outpatient nutrition therapy is covered.
