Paul Taylor, senior vice president/advancement

Paul has devoted his career to advancing health care, joining South Shore Hospital in 1991. Since then, he has helped our Foundation become a significant force in generating support for our hospital's mission. Paul previously was corporate vice president of Yale University-affiliated The Hospital of Saint Raphael in New Haven for 18 years. He is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University.

Kevin has more than 20 years of extensive experience and success in fund-raising, joining South Shore Hospital in 2006. Kevin is a graduate of Marietta College.

John Feeley, director of capital giving

John joined the Foundation staff in 2010, bringing more than 15 years of professional experience. Most recently he served as Assistant Vice President in the Office of Institutional Advancement at Dean College. Previous to Dean, John was the Director of Development for Northeastern University. John earned his BA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and completed graduate work at Northeastern University.

Michael Rogers, director/constituency giving and operations

Michael joined the Foundation in 2002, after serving as director of development at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital. He has a BA from Providence College and an MA from Emerson College.

Fran Cifrino, philanthropy officer

Fran joined the Foundation in March 2011. She spent the previous 17 years in sales and marketing positions in the advertising, apparel, and customized skincare business. Fran earned her BA at Rosemont College.

Jennifer Cohen, philanthropy and electronic media coordinator

Jennifer joined South Shore Hospital in September 2009. She spent the previous decade as a reporter and producer at television stations in Boston, Providence, and elsewhere around the country. Jennifer is a graduate of Brown University.

Donna Driscoll, planned giving philanthropy officer

Following her role as serving as a senior vice president of Wachovia Bank, Donna joined the Foundation in January 2009. Prior to Wachovia, she had also served a vice president at both Citigroup and Fidelity Investments. Donna is a certified financial planner with licenses in health and life insurance, Series 7,63 and 65.

Heather Dwyer, philanthropy officer

Heather joined the Foundation in December 2010. She previously held development positions at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, Newton-Wellesley Hospital, and Rosie’s Place. Heather earned her BA at Catholic University of America.

Susanne joined the Foundation in 2008, after 23 years as a South Shore Hospital nurse working in the pediatric emergency program and Special Care Nursery.  She began her career at Children's Hospital, Boston. She earned degrees from both Curry College and Laboure College.

Beth joined the Foundation in 2007.  She served more than a decade as an executive with public relations firms in Boston and Washington, DC.  Beth earned a BA from The American University.

Charles McNamara, senior philanthropy officer

Charles joined the Foundation in November 2010, after serving as Director of Development at The Riverview School on Cape Cod. Charles is a graduate of Curry College.

Trisha Pilalas, supervisor, Foundation data management

Joining the staff in 2002, Trisha is responsible for managing the Foundation's 130,000 name database, coordinating financial tracking systems, and overseeing the team that assures the $7 million worth of checks received annually are properly deposited and posted. A graduate of Massasoit College, Trisha is completing her BS at UMass Boston.

Colette began her career at South Shore Hospital in our Information Systems division in 1986. Responsible for the development of all donor reports and prospect tracking systems, Colette oversees the Foundation's fund-raising databases, including Raiser's Edge, Wealth Engine, PG Calc, and Convio. She earned a BA from Bridgewater State College.
