South Shore Hospital welcomes comments from patients, their families, and visitors regarding our services. Comments are used as opportunities to enhance our services. Everyone who works at South Shore Hospital has an obligation to respond to patient, family and visitor comments — regardless of whether the comment is related to the employee's specific area of responsibility.

Patients are also encouraged to complete and return surveys they may receive at home following their hospitalization or visiting nurse services. These surveys are administered by Press Ganey Associates - the nation's largest independent satisfaction-monitoring firm. South Shore Hospital's performance is compared to that of more than 1,000 other hospitals across the nation, to identify ways that we may be able to enhance our patient care and operations.
