What to Expect
When a family member or loved one serves as the primary caregiver for the patient, our hospice team provides support and care through scheduled visits. During these visits, the team evaluates and addresses the needs of the patient and family—with expertise, respect and a true sense of caring.
Our nurses are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for emergency consultations and visits. Should hospitalization become necessary, our hospice team continues to support both the patient and family during a related hospital stay.
