Volunteer Opportunities
South Shore Hospital actively seeks adults who would like to join the more than 600 people who volunteer their time and talents to help patients and their families.
Volunteer opportunities are available each day of the week, generally between 8 a.m.
and 8 p.m. for individuals in good health, aged 16 and older.
Volunteers typically work a minimum of one four-hour shift per week, depending upon the volunteer's position and location. (Some volunteer assignments require a longer commitment.) We try to be as flexible as possible in scheduling times that work for you.
