South Shore Hospital’s Home Care Division is dedicated to helping enhance the health of our community. After all, many of us live in the towns we serve. We are constantly assessing the evolving needs of our community, looking for new ways and opportunities to help our neighbors remain healthy and safe.

Community Health Programs

We are committed to keeping our community healthy by offering health education, screening, testing, and immunizations services to the public on a regular basis, as well as through special events such as health fairs. Our speakers’ bureau is also available to businesses, schools, and community groups.

• Bereavement support groups
