A private pay home care program of South Shore Hospital, we have been bringing a full range of skilled medical services and personal care services to the community since 1983. We are available to supplement or extend the services covered by Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance.
Our Specialized Team
Our expert home care team is made up of nurses and home care aides who work together to meet your specific circumstances. These experienced individuals are available to provide care for individuals of all ages, up to 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
With Home and Health Resources, you can be sure that any caregiver you welcome into your home is highly trained, competent, closely supervised, and has been carefully screened. Nursing supervision and case management services are provided for all private duty cases to assure the highest quality of care.
