Although most of our doctors have private practices and are not employed by the hospital, they have earned privileges to admit their patients to our care. Our physicians combine competency with compassion to assure patients receive care which meets the most rigorous standards. The hospital's medical staff includes physicians in all major medical specialties, nearly all of whom are board-certified in their specialties. A physician who is board-certified has completed four to seven years of full-time accredited training beyond medical school, and has successfully passed exacting written and oral examinations in his or her specialty. |
