The Massachusetts Nurses Association is governed by its bylaws. These are a dense set of rules written in legal jargon.
The MNA probably will not tell you much about their bylaws, but it is important that you understand them because members of the MNA are required to abide by those bylaws. Failure to do so can result in sanctions. We have posted a copy of the bylaws on this website so you can review them. To help you cut through the legalese, we have also posted a summary of some of the bylaw provisions with a citation to the relevant bylaw section and the page on which it appears.
