Friends of Home Care
Be part of the mission to raise awareness for South Shore Hospital’s Home Care Division. The Friends of Home Care lends support to South Shore Hospital’s Home Care Division, which includes South Shore Visiting Nurse Association, Hospice of the South Shore, and Home & Health Resources.
Our Friends of Home Care volunteers serve as key members of our Home Care Division with compassionate generosity, donating their time and efforts to our patients and their families.
