Your financial donation will help support our existing programs and services, assist us in developing new programs and services, enable us to stay current with advancing technologies, and allow us to remain sensitive to our patients’ ability to pay for the care they need.

The Friends of Home Care

The Friends of Home Care supports and raises awareness for South Shore Hospital’s Home Care Division, which includes South Shore Visiting Nurse Association, Hospice of the South Shore, and Home & Health Resources.  By joining us you will be part of a network of people who are providing support to individuals and their families needing home care services, and also serve as a Hospice ambassador in the community. The Friends of Home Care is also a catalyst in organizing the Walk for Hospice of the South Shore.  Please call 781-624-8600 for more information.
