The support group is led by a peer who has lived through and recovered from an eating disorder. Use this group to reflect on your struggles, exchange positive coping skills, share experiences, fears, challenges, goals, and triumphs in a safe and supportive area. We do ask that group members remain body-positive and sensitive to promote motivation to others in the group. Registration is not required.
