Aquatic Movement and Conditioning

Five-week program for individuals trying to achieve better flexibility and endurance.  Exercises include total-body stretching and strengthening combined with cardiovascular activities.  Program benefits include improved endurance and increased muscle strength and energy, as well as improved flexibility.  Led by a clinical exercise physiologist.
