Exercise for anyone with any form of arthritis as well as those planning a total joint replacement. Focus is to improve flexibility and strength and to help control pain. Classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays for five and a half weeks. Instructed by an exercise physiologist. A physician's clearance is required.
