Grief support offers the mutual support of peers, an opportunity for sharing the thoughts and feelings of your loss experience, education information about the grief process. We will meet for 8 weeks. Registration is required, and the first two weeks will be open to new members. We will discuss topics on a broad range of aspects that impact grief, including strategies for coping, suggestions for self-care, integrating your loss while living your life in the present, and other issues as they arise.
This group for those who have experienced the death of any person in their life (spouse, friend, parent, sibling, etc.)
