Men┬┤s Fitness Program
Description:

Circuit-based exercise program is designed for men over 55 who want to increase strength and flexibility. Classes meet Mondays and Wednesdays 3-4 p.m., and Fridays 8-9 a.m. A physician's clearance is required.
