Circuit-based exercise program is designed for men over 55 who want to increase strength and flexibility. Classes meet Mondays and Wednesdays 3-4 p.m., and Fridays at 8-9 a.m. for five and a half weeks. Cost is $55 for two times a week; $77 for three times a week. A physician's clearance is required.
