Morning Jumpstart Exercise Program
Description:

Program designed to improve body composition and muscle tone and make you feel great for the busy day ahead. Exercises include cardiovascular work, targeted strengthening, and flexibility activities. Five-and-a-half-week program meets Mondays and Wednesdays.
