Classes & Events

Senior Strength Training

For individuals 55 and over, this program includes stretching, strength training and cardiovascular work with an exercise physiologist. Classes meet Mondays and Wednesdays 3-4 p.m., and Fridays at 8-9 a.m. for five weeks. Cost is $55 for two times a week; $70 for three times a week. A physician's clearance is required.
