Women┬┤s Stretch and Strengthen Program
Description:

Designed for individuals who are at risk for or who have osteoporosis. The focus of this program is increasing bone density and strength and improving posture. Exercises include resistance training, light aerobics, and core/postural strengthening.

Meets Mondays, noon-1 p.m. and Fridays, 11 a.m.-noon.
